美国和日本超高压容器疲劳设计方法的分析比较

Abstract
ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code ,SectionⅧDivision 3,Alternative Rules for Construction of High Pressure Vessels and The High Pressure Gas Safety Institute of Japan KHK ,Standard for Construc-tion of Ultra High Pressure Gas Facilities are widely used in high pressure vessel design .They are similar specifications with differences .It discusses the fatigue design process for pressure vessel design ,compares and analyzes the differences of the fatigue design curves , mean stress correction methods and surface roughness .Such as the application of Abaqus for the fatigue evaluation of a crystal reactor vessel barrel , respectively according to KHK and ASME ,shows that the Best -fit Curve Method of KHK standard ob-tains the maximum allowable lifetime ,followed by method of ASME standard ,the life of KHK Design Fa-tigue Curve Method is minimum .关键词
