摘要

Abstract

Heat treatment with different temperature , holding time and cooling rate was conducted for 07MnNiMoDR steel to simulate the fire exposure process .Tensile properties of 07MnNiMoDR after differ-ent heat treatment processes were tested .The results show that ,critical temperature for the tensile proper-ties to change rapidly after fire is 650 ℃below which the effect of holding time on the tensile properties is not obvious ,and the yielding phenomenon disappears when the temperature is higher than 650 ℃.At the same temperature and holding time ,the yield strength and tensile strength under water cooling are re-spectively higher than that under air cooling .A linear correlation is indicated by fitting the tensile strength and hardness .When the temperature is higher than the critical value ,the yield strength and the tensile strength decrease with temperature under air cooling ,and the two strength reach 260 MPa and 550 MPa respective-ly at 850 ℃.Under water cooling conditions ,the tensile strength increases with temperature ,and it rea-ches 775 MPa at 850 ℃;the yield strength reaches a minimum of 390 MPa at 800 ℃and then increases to 550 MPa at 850 ℃.
