摘要

Abstract

It is appeared some strip defects ,which 80~200 mm width and 400~600 mm,maximum 2000 mm length,located near the diagonal line ,1000 ~2000 mm left corner, in the interface of metal clad plates when the large acreage metal clad , especially stainless steel clad plates which the width of more than 2600 mm and 10000 mm long was explosive welded .Such defects was effected the overall quality of the clad plate and increased the product manufacturing costs as well as limited the larger acreage metal clad plate products of explosive welding .Based on the analysis of interfacial space exhaust path ,this arti-cle is reasonable explanation the defects appeared in explosive welding of large acreage stainless steel clad plates,so as to take effective methods to reduce and eliminate such defects .
