摘要
Abstract
Objective To establish online learning system in the hospital local area network (LAN) and connect the system with the hospital knowledge warehouse platform to realize the integration of business learning, skills test, literature search and other related functions of medical staffs. Methods Adopting C # programming language and.NET technology developed by Microsoft, as well as the latest enterprise-level MVC hierarchical framework to establish the system. The system consists of 8 modules such as training management, performance management, information release and so on. Results The establishment of the system has effectively integrated the hospital LAN learning resources and has solved the working and learning contradiction within each department, and has integrated continue medical education into daily work. Conclusion The establishment of the system has further optimized the support environment of hospital scientiifc research and plays an important role in constructing learning-type hospitals and promoting the progress of medical science and technology.关键词
