Abstract
Taking hospital classiifcation as an opportunity to promote the medical records management, our hospital makes summarization and improvements in the aspects of organization and leadership, management regulations, medical record management and sustained improvement, and case evaluation. This paper cites the hospital as an example to demonstrate that the hospital standardizes medical record management systems, improves medical records management process and work efifciency.关键词
