Abstract
With quotation of Songjiang District Center Hospital for an instance, this paper took the practical situation of the hospital into consideration on the basis of the features of POCT (Point-of-Care Testing) devices that were summarized by the administration department, and demonstrated the establishment of management procedures for POCT devices from the aspects of relevant admission process, dynamic performance&costs management and quality control of clinical applications.关键词
