Abstract
Objective To summarize the malfunctions frequently occurring during the clinical application of Picture Archiving and Communication Systems (PACS)&Radiology Information System (RIS) and corresponding solutions. Methods PACS/RIS (GE Centricity Enterprise V3.0) is built up with the local area network in the hospital, recording malfunctions and corresponding solutions during its application. Results To solve those common malfunctions concerning PACS, HIS (Hospital Information System) and hardware devices, it is of great necessity for staff in Department of Radiology to record them, then exclude the possibilities one by one and initiate the emergency plan so as to ensure the continuation of diagnostic work. Conclusion Stable and efficient operation of PACS/RIS is pivotal to the daily diagnostic work for Department of Radiology.关键词
