Abstract
Objective To investigate the value of color Doppler ultrasound and molybdenum X-ray photography in diagnosing breast cancer. Methods The results of color Doppler ultrasound and molybdenum X-ray photography of 56 lesions of 55 patients with breast cancer were analyzed retrospectively to compare the accuracy of color Doppler ultrasound and molybdenum X-ray photography in diagnosing breast cancer by regarding pathological diagnosis as golden criterion. Results 47 lesions with suspected and diagnosed cancers were diagnosed by molybdenum X-ray photography and 52 lesions with suspected and diagnosed cancers were diagnosed by color Doppler ultrasound. The sensitivity, speciifcity, and accuracy of molybdenum X-ray photography in diagnosing breast cancer were 71.4%,92.8%,83.9%, respectively. The sensitivity, speciifcity, and accuracy of color Doppler ultrasound were 89.2%, 94.6%,and 92.8, respectively. Conclusion Color Doppler ultrasound and molybdenum X-ray photography have their own advantages in the diagnosis of breast cancer while the diagnostic accuracy of color Doppler ultrasound is higher than that of molybdenum X-ray photography. The combination of color Doppler ultrasound and molybdenum X-ray photography can improve the diagnostic accuracy of breast cancer.关键词
