Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical value of the homemade biopsy locator in CT-guided percutaneous puncture biopsy of lung space-occupying lesions. Methods A retrospective study of 216 patients with lung space-occupying lesions who had been admitted from November 2008 to April 2013 in our hospital and underwent CT-guided percutaneous puncture biopsy was conducted to investigate the success rate and complications with their inlfuence factors of percutaneous puncture biopsy. Results There were 188 cases with malignant lesions and 23 cases with benign lesions among all the patients (216 cases). The success rate of percutaneous puncture biopsy was 97.69%. The natures of lesions including benign and malignant and the sizes of lesions can signiifcantly affect the success rate of percutaneous puncture biopsy (P<0.05). The major complications of percutaneous puncture biopsy were hemorrhage (24 cases, 11.1%) and pneumothorax (27 cases, 12.5%). The sizes and the depths of lesions can signiifcantly affect the occurrence rate of pneumothorax (P<0.05). Conclusion The success rate of percutaneous puncture biopsy of lung space-occupying lesions can be improved with the application of the homemade biopsy locator.关键词
