养心通脉方对冠心病患者血管内皮功能的改善作用
Improvement effect of Yangxintongmai decoction on vascula r endothelial function in patients with coronary heart dis-ease
摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the improvement effect of Yangxintongmai decoction on vascular endothelial func-tion in patients with coronary heart disease ( CHD) .Methods Forty-eight patients with CHD were randomly divided into con-trol group and treatment group ,24 cases in each group ,patients in control group were given regular treatment of coronary heart disease,patients in treatment group were added Yangxintongmai decoction,treatment course in both groups were 4 weeks,then observed changes of brachial artery diameter ,flow mediated vasodilitation ( FMD) ,nitroglycerine induced vasodilitation ( NID) , and levels of NO,6-keto-PGF1a,ET-1,TXB2.Results Compared with thoses beofore treatment ,the levels of NO,6-keto-PGF1a obviously elevated in both groups ,ET-1,TXB2 levels decreased obviously 4 weeks after treatment( P <0.05),treatment group was superior to control group ( P <0.05).Compared with thoses beofore treatment ,the FMD,NID increased significantly in both groups after treatment ( P <0.05 ), which were more obvious in treatment group ( P <0.05 ).Conclusion Yangxintongmai decoction could remarkably improve the vascular endothelial function in patients with CHD .关键词
