颈椎前路手术早期并发症及防范措施
Prevention and treatment of early complications of anterior cervical surgery

Abstract
Objective To analyse the reasons of early complications of anterior cervical surgery ,and explore its pre-ventive measures .Methods From January 2008 to August 2013 , using the anterior surgical treatment in 253 cases of cervi-cal disease ,including respectively anterior cervical decompression plate and titanium mesh or fusion , anterior cervical decom-pression and homeostatic model cervical fusion , anterior odontoid screw fixation , anterior decompression and plate iliac bone graft to increase the block.Results 253 cases were followed up for 3 to 12 months, with a median 7 months.Early surgery-related complications were found in 24 cases, the incidence was 9.49%.Among them, laryngeal nerve injury in 4 cases, 3 cases of recurrent laryngeal nerve injury , take the bone area intractable pain in 5 cases, 4 cases of dysphagia , neck hematoma in 2 cases,implant iliac shift 1 case, plate and screw loosening 5 cases .Conclusion Adequate preoperative preparation , master a variety of anterior cervical fixation devices to select the best of the best indications and surgical methods , and firmly grasp the underlying anatomical knowledge and surgical techniques is to reduce the anterior neck surgical early complications .关键词
