米氮平对老年慢性心力衰竭伴抑郁患者的疗效评价

Abstract
Objective To discuss the effect of mirtazapine in elderly depressed patients with chronic heart failure treatment .Methods Select the June 2011 to May 2012 elderly patients who were treated for chronic heart failure , 80 patients with depression were randomly divided into treatment group , and the control group including of 40 patients, 2 groups of pa-tients underwent conventional treatment of chronic heart failure , the treatment group given conventional treatment of heart fail-ure on the basis of mirtazapine tablets in the treatment , a course of 10 months were observed .Improvement of the two groups were observed with HAMD score and cardiac function were compared .Results Compared with before treatment , after treat-ment, 1, 3,6,10 months HAMD scores were decreased ( P <0.05), whereas no significant improvement in the control group ( P >0.05), and the treatment group at 6 and 10 months, results were better than the control group ( P <0.05).After treatment, the two groups LVEF, FS, 6mWT and heart rate were significantly improved in the treatment group compared with the control group ( P <0.05).Conclusion Mirtazapine may improve depressive symptoms in patients with heart failure , and improve the efficacy of heart failure .关键词
