Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical effect of candesartan cilexetil combine with bisoprolol in treatment of middle age and youth hypertension complicated with left ventricular hypertrophy .Methods Young hypertensive patients with left ventricular hypertrophy ( n =126) were randomly divided into control group of 62 patients, observation group of 64 pa-tients.In the control group , patients were treated with bisoprolol , observation group were combined oral bisoprolol candesar-tan, regimens 6 months.Antihypertensive effect of two groups were compared , echocardiographic parameters and serum in-flammatory factors change .Results After the treatment, two groups patients'blood pressure were significantly decreased (P <0.05), and blood pressure of the observation group were significantly lower than the control group ( P <0.05);2 groups'LVEDd, LVPWT, IVST, LVMI, LVEF and E/A were significantly improved , and the observation group was better than the control group ( P <0.05);2 groups'serum hs-CRP, IL-6 and NT-proBNP were significantly lower ( P <0.05), and the improvement of the observation group was better than the control group ( P <0.05).Conclusion Bisoprolol and candesartan significantly reduced serum inflammatory cytokine levels in youth patients with hypertension , the reversal role of left ventricular hypertrophy were considered related to anti-inflammatory effects, and is independent from antihypertensive effect.关键词
