摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the MR imaging features of malignant fibrous histiocytoma ( MFH) .Methods Analysis MR images of 39 cases with MFH which confirmed by pathological .Results In the 39 cases of malignant fibrous his-tiocytoma, 33 cases of cancer tumor T1WI showed a substantial part of the low , iso-signal, T2WI showed high signal is mixed with heterogeneous signal .Tumor hemorrhage in 10 cases, intratumoral necrosis or mucoid degeneration in 14 cases, showed double high signal.Swelling around the tumor occurs in 23 cases, partial muscle around the tumor , signs of compression of neurovascular bundles in 25 cases, 21 cases of apparent bone involvement .39 cases of peripheral enhancement significantly enhanced scan of the tumor , the tumor near the central area not significantly enhanced or without enhancement .Conclusion MR can clearly show the range of tumor , ingredients and its relationship with surrounding structures , MR was the first choice for diagnose the MFH .关键词
