Abstract
Objective To observe effcicacy of polyp resection under hysteroscopic resection combined with applica -tion drospirenone ethinyl estradiol tablets (Yasmin) in treatment and prevention of endometrial polyp recurrence .Methods 106 patients with endometrial polyps were randomly divided into two groups , 53 cases in the observation group , received resec-tion of endometrial polyps and Yasmin oral treatment of three cycles;53 cases in the control group , only received resection of endometrial polyps .Follow-up of six months , the treatment effect and recurrence was observed and compared between the two groups.Results Significant improvement in the efficiency of the menstrual and the total effective rate were found in observa -tion group, which were better than the control group , the difference was statistically significant ( P <0.05) (73.6% vs. 45.3%, 94.3%vs.81.1%);Observation group's endometrial polyp recurrence rate was 7.5%, lower than the control group of 24.5%( P <0.05).Complications in the two groups did not occur , the observation group had mild nausea in 3 cases (5.7%), irritability, mood swings, irritability and other in 4 cases (7.5%), were spontaneous relieved.Conclusion Hyst-eroscopic endometrial polyp resection combined with Yasmin , which can effectively restore normal menstruation , reduce endo-metrial polyp recurrence rate , fewer adverse reactions , worthy of promotion .关键词
