α-硫辛酸对 IV 期糖尿病肾病患者的肾脏保护作用
Protective effect ofα-lipoic acid on patients with stage IV diabetic nephropathy

Abstract
Objective To investigate the protective effect of α-lipoic acid on patients with stage IV diabetic nephropathy (DN).Methods 66 patients with stage IV DN were randomly divided into conventional treatment group (conventional group) andα-lipoic acid group (observation group), 2 groups'after treatment blood pressure, blood sugar, blood lipids, serum superoxide dis-mutase (SOD), malondialdehyde (MDA), urinary albumin excretion rate (UAER), urinary β2-microglobulin (β2-MG), creati-nine (SCr), blood urea nitrogen (BUN) changes was observed.Another 20 cases of healthy people selected as healthy control group.Results Conventional group and observation group before and after treatment, differences of blood pressure, blood glucose, blood lipids were not statistically significant ( P >0.05), while the FPG, 2hPG, HbA1c higher than the healthy control group (P <0.05); before treatment, conventional group and the observation group's MDA, UAER, β2-MG were higher than the healthy control group, SOD lower than the control group ( P <0.05).After treatment, the two groups'UAER, β2-MG decreased, observa-tion group decreased more significantly than the conventional group ( P <0.05); after treatment, in the observation group, MDA decreased and SOD increased, and better than the conventional group ( P <0.05).Conclusion α-lipoic acid can effectively con-trol proteinuria of stage IV DN, slow DN progress, play a protective role for the kidneys.关键词
