2型糖尿病勃起功能障碍的相关影响因素分析
Analysis of related factors of type 2 diabetic erectile dysfunction

Abstract
Objective To investigate the associated risk factors in type 2 diabetes combined erectile dysfunction (ED) to provide scientific basis for early clinical intervention and treatment and further research .Methods It is case-control study.Selected 153 cases of men with type 2 diabetes in the study, based on survey results ED, ED is divided into groups and non-ED group, the analysis of diabetes-related risk factors for ED.Results 153 cases of men with type 2 diabetes, 90 cases with ED (ED group), ED rate was 55.2%, 63 patients without ED (non-ED group).Univariate analysis showed that the two groups in age, duration of diabetes and the presence of hypertension , hyperlipidemia, diabetic retinopathy, and peripheral neuropathy had differences , the difference was statistically significant ( P <0.05); Multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that age, duration of diabetes, history of hypertension, hyperlipidemia, history, history of diabetic retinopathy and pe -ripheral neuropathy history are risk factors for ED ( P <0.05).Conclusion Age, duration of diabetes, history of hyperten-sion, hyperlipidemia, history, history of retinopathy and diabetic peripheral neuropathy history are associated risk factors of ED in diabetic men.关键词
