Abstract
Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of Lianhuaqingwen capsule in the treatment of acute upper respiratory infection and observe the effect on interferon gamma ( IFN-γ) of patients .Methods 203 cases of acute upper re-spiratory tract infection were randomly divided into two groups , treatment group of 101 cases (oral Lianhuaqingwen capsules), 102 cases in the control group given azithromycin tablets .To compare the efficacy of two groups , while the two groups were each randomly selected 20 cases of venous blood before and after each treatment , the application of ELISA kits to detect the concentration of serum IFN-γ.Results Overall efficacy in the treatment group effectiveness , efficiency and the temperature drops various clinical symptoms and signs of improvement rates were higher , two groups of patients in the prevalence of serum IFNγlevels were significantly higher , decreased significantly after treatment , with the treatment group decreased more signifi-cantly ( P <0.05).After treatment, two group patients'WBC and neutrophil percentage were significantly decreased ( P <0.05), but between the two groups , the difference was not statistically significant ( P >0.05).The incidence of adverse re-actions was not significant difference ( P >0.05 ) .Conclusion Lianhuaqingwen capsule can relieve a variety of clinical symptoms of acute upper respiratory tract infection , and have some anti-inflammatory antiviral activity .关键词
