野生中草药的抗氧化活性研究
Study on Antioxidative Activities of Two Wild Herbs
摘要
Abstract
Studying on scavenging activities for DPPH free radical(DPPH·)and hydroxyl radical (· OH)of Hypericum Japonicum Thumb and Centella Asiatica,and comparing with multiple antioxidants are done.The results show that DPPH free radical scavenging activities of Hypericum Japonicum Thumb higheris higher than that of vanillic acid and P-coumaric acid.DPPH free radical scavenging activities of Centella Asiatica is higher than that of P-coumaric acid.The order of hydroxyl radical scavenging activities is in the sequence of quercetin,Hypericum Japonicum Thumb,Centella Asiatica,kaempferol,affeic acid, rutin.Hypericum Japonicum Thumb and Centella Asiatica are two good natural anti-oxidants.关键词
