摘要

Abstract

In the reactor,with ethanol as a dispersant and HMDS as modifier,self made ultra-fine silica as material,optimal conditions for surface modification of utrafine slica are initially identified,the re-action temperature is 85℃,modifier amount is 2%,the reaction time is 100min,pretreatment temperature is 200℃,pretreatment time is 2h.XRD analysis of modified silica indicates that the surface modification does not change the amorphous structure of silica,the SEM analysis shows that the modified silica has good dispersibility.
