Optimization of Ultrasound-assisted Extraction of Flavonoids from Hibiscus rosa-sinensis Leaves by Response Surface Methodology

摘要

Abstract

The Hibiscus rosa-sinensis leaves were used as the meterials, and the response surface methodology was used to optimize the flavonoids extraction process, which was designed by Box-Behnken. The results showed that the optimum conditions for extracting flavonoids from H. rosa-sinensis leaves was:the ethanol concentration 70%, 70 min ultrasound treatment and the ratio of solid 40:1. Under the optimum conditions, the yield of flavonoids was 34.56 mg/g.
