不同产地有柄石韦总黄酮含量分析
Analysis of Total Flavonoids in Pyrrosia Petiolosa from Different Areas
摘要
Abstract
The analysis of the total flavonoids content of Pyrrosia petiolosa in different areas and different parts was determined by UV spectrophotometer. The results showed that the total flavonoids content varied from different medical parts of the plants and different areas. The total flavonoids content was the highest from Kunming, Yunan and the least from Jinan, Shandong. The flavonoids were mainly distributed in the leaves, and the lowest in the root.关键词
