摘要

Abstract

Polydimethylsiloxane blocked with epoxy polyether (TPEPS) was synthesized by hydrosilylation reaction of Si-H terminated polydimethylsiloxane with al yl- epoxy polyether in the catalysis of H2PtCl6- isopro-pyl alcohol. Then (AB)n polyether block modified polysiloxane (PBEMS) was synthesized by aminolysis ring opening and quaternization of TPEPS with diamino and benzyl chloride. The chemical structure of PBEMS was characterized by IR and 1H- NMR. The optimal reaction conditions were investigated and obtained as fol ows:hydrosilylation reaction temperature was 80~100 ℃, the amount of catalyst was 1 × 10- 5~3 × 10- 5 (on the mass of reactor), the amount of isopropanol was 30%~40%, reaction time was 3 h, aminolysis ring opening temper-ature was 65~75 ℃ and 5 h of reaction time. Compared with the different polysiloxane, the hydrophilicity and yel owing resistance ability of PBEMS finished fabric were obviously improved.
