天然印花糊料流变性能的研究

Abstract
The rheological properties of seven natural printing pastes were investigated by steady shear, dynamic frequency sweep and transient tests. Moreover, the proper rheological models were explored. The re-sults showed that printing pastes exhibited the shear-thinning features to various degrees. The flow curve da-ta were wel correlated with the Cross model in the low shear rates and the Power-law model in the shear-thinning region. And the viscoelastic data were wel correlated with the Friedrich-Braun model. Xanthan stock paste belonged to the weak-gel system, and performed strong elastic behavior over the whole frequen-cy range. Other stock pastes formed the sol-gel system, and the viscoelasticity experienced the transition from viscosity to elasticity under the external frequency. In addition, other pastes had excel ent viscosity recov-ery except xanthan.关键词
