元胞自动机法在316LN不锈钢晶粒长大过程模拟中的应用
Aplication of cellular automata in grain growth simulation of 316LN stainless steel
摘要
Abstract
In combination with the physical basis in the process of grain growth, which are thermodynamics, curvature-driven and energy dissipation mechanism, a cellular automata model for normal grain growth of 316LN austenitic stainless steel is proposed using the criterion of the largest decline in energy. The results show that the Cellular Automata model can satisfactorily simulate the grain growth dynamics. The comparison of the simulated growth index with the experimental results, shows that the model works well in predicting the grain size involved in the process of grain growth of 316LN within the experimental temperature range.关键词
