基于条元法的异步轧制金属三维塑性变形分析
Analysis of three-dimensional metal forming by cross shear rolling based on strip element method

Abstract
A three-dimensional metal forming by the cross shear rolling is developed using the strip element method. First, the unit rolling force formula and the neutral point coordinates formula are derived. The derived formulae are suitable for the cross shear rolling, and the calculation of the friction by considering adhesion. Second, the distribution regularities of the stress, the strain, and the frictional force in deformation zone by the cross shear rolling are obtained by the simulation analysis. Finally, the effect of different ratio on the equivalent force and the effect of different entrance thickness on the rolling pressure are analyzed.关键词
