Abstract
in recent years, with the continuous development of the reform of the medical system, the hospital scale is growing, the number of hospital records are increasing rapidly. To strengthen the hospital file management, for the overal development of hospital is very important. At present the hospital archives management is not perfect, system is not perfect, only to take corresponding countermeasures, innovative service consciousness, to change the old management mode, so as to more standardized and scientific management of files, to bet er serve the medical treatment, teaching and research work.关键词
