摘要
Abstract
Objective to improve the understanding of osteopoikilosis clinical and image. Methods 1 cases of osteopoikilosis by chest, shoulder joint, double the radius and ulna, humerus, spine, pelvis, two hands, two femoral, tibial, fibula and foot radiography, X-ray photos of patients were analyzed with review of the literature. Results the lesion was symmetrical distribution, the cancel ous bone was scat ered in multiple sizes round or oval dense shadow feature, closer to the joint lesions and more intensive. Conclusion osteopoikilosis is a rare hereditary disease without clinical symptoms, diagnosis and dif erential diagnosis can be made on the basis of the characteristic X-ray manifestations.关键词
