摘要
Abstract
The Wnt gene family encodes the multi-functional signal ing glycoproteins that are involved in the regulation of a wide variety of normal and path- ological processes. including embryogenesis, dif erentiation and tumourigenesis.Wnt1 signaling parthway was the first discovered protein,At present the researth about Wnt signaling parthway focuses on Wnt gene, the planar cel polarity,the relationship with the prognosis of non-smal-cel lung cancer.,and blocking the expression of Wnt1 in clinical application.This article summarized the latest research about the Wnt signaling parthway.in order to facilitate on Wnt signaling parthway with a deeper level of understanding.关键词
