Abstract
0bjective To analyze the MRI findings of female pelvic cystic masses and discuss its diagnostic value.Methods 36 cases of female pelvic cystic masses which were proved by operation and pathology and also had complete clinical data were analyzed retrospectively.Results Al the 36 cases of female pelvic cystic masses were directly originated from gynecological organs.12 cases were bilateral disease.There were total 46cystic masse.Among them,17 cases (19 lesions)were ovarian cystadenoma, including 9cases (10 lesions) were borderline cystadenoma;11cases (20 1esions)were ovarian non-neoplastic cysts, including 8cases (10 lesions) were chocolate cyst of ovarian; 5cases (6lesions) were cystic teratoma; 1 case (1 lesion)was atypical leiomyoma of uterus; 1 case (1 lesion)was cystadenofibroma;1 cases (1 lesions) was ovarian thecoma.Conclusion MRI can clearly show cystic mass itself and its surrounding relationship,and provide the location and qualitative diagnosis of the lesion.Therefore it has reliable diagnostic value,but it is very dif iculty to do correct diagnosis for a part of pelvic cystic masses, they can be confirmed only through operation and pathology.关键词
