一期根治性手术在肛周脓肿中的应用

摘要
Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical ef icacy of radical surgical procedure in the treatment of perianal abscess. Methods Clinical data of 96 patients with Perianal Abscess underwent radical surgical procedure from January 2010 to January 2012 in our departmentl were retrospectively analyzed. Results After a fol ow up of three months to one year, of these 93 cases healed completely wel , 1 cases were delayed healing and 2 cases was operated again, the cure rate was 97﹪. Conclusion The radical surgical procedure has the characteristics of highly cure rate and avoiding the second surgery, which is ideal and reliable for perianal abscess.关键词
