摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the distal tibial pilon fractures of dif erent treatment methods and clinical ef icacy.Methods Analysis of the clinical data of 25 cases of distal tibial pilon fractures.Results Incision infection in 4 cases,3 cases of delayed union or nonunion,joint stif ness,four cases of traumatic arthritis,postoperative recovery was 14 cases.Conclusion Treatment of distal tibial pilon fractures,Not only to fol ow the treatment of fractures of the three principles,namely,fixed,reset,functional training, and at ention should be paid to the degree of traumatic soft tissue damage,depending on the type of fracture,soft tissue injury choose a dif erent treatment,have access to good treatment.关键词
