The Clinical Observation on the Effects of Triple Inhalation Therapy of Ambroxol Hydrochloride,Budesonide and Terbutaline in Infants with Bronchiolitis

Abstract
Objective To observe the therapeutic ef ect of Ambroxol Hydrochloride combined with Budesonide and Terbutaline in treatment of bronchiolitis through atomization inhalation.Methods In al 115 case of bronchiolitis in infants were randomized into control and therapy groups.The control group (n=57) was treated with antiviral drugs,antibiotics,aminofilina and hydrocorisone sodium succinate; while the therapy group (n=58) was treated with Ambroxol Hydrochloride combined with Budesonide and Terbutaline by atomization inhalation and remedies included in the controls.The main clinical symptoms,physical signs and the clinical ef ects were observed in both group.Results The curative ef ect of treatment group was bet er than that of the control group (P<0.05).The cough recovery time,rales disappearance time, wheezing sound disappearance time were significantly shortened. Conclusion The clinical symptoms of bronchiolitis can be control ed with the use of Hydrochloride combined with budesonide and terbutaline inhalation which is convenient and without any side-ef ects.It can be one of the principal drugs in the assist-treatment of infants with bronchiolitis.关键词
