摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical ef ect of laparoscopic double uterine artery occlusion in the treatment for the cesarean scar pregnancy(csp). Methods By order of admission ,60 patients with csp were randomly divided into observation group and control group (n=30).Observation group was underwent curet age after laparoscopic double uterine artery occlusion in the treatment and control group was underwent curet age after intramuscular injection of MTX and drug abortion.The clinical indicators after treatment were compared between the two groups.Rusults control group was higher than observation group in blood-loss,hospital stay,time for blood HCG to normal ,the dif ence was statistical y significant (P<0.05).The adverse reaction between the two groups was no significant dif erence (P>0.05).Conclusion laparoscopic double uterine artery occlusion is an ef ective ,safe and minimal y invasive methed with low risk of heavy bleeding for the treatment of csp superior to curet age after intramuscular injection of MTX-line and drug abortion and it has the important clinical value.关键词
