Abstract
Objective To study the clinical ef ect and significance of using dynamic ECG monitoring of myocardial ischemia. Methods 25 patients in 2007 January to 2008 12 in our hospital for the treatment of coronary heart disease, and using dynamic ECG 12 lead 24 hours monitoring. Results in this group of cases, a total of 25 cases of patients, 20 cases suf ered from myocardial ischemia detection, which due to ischemic ST change matrix and form patients without myocardial ischemia accounted for 65.9%. Conclusion the use of dynamic ECG monitoring can obtain good clinical ef ect on myocardial ischemia and myocardial ischemia, early detection and has very high clinical value, therefore, dynamic electrocardiogram is very important for clinical.关键词
