Abstract
In recent years, with the development of informationization, electronic medical records (EMR) have been widely used in hospital, which have brought positive ef ects. But there are also some problems in the security and quality of medical records .Through the analysis on clinical application in our hospital, we make suggestions on how to develop high quality of medical record templates,reinforce the monitoring of medical records and strengthen law consciousness of the doctors.关键词
