摘要

Abstract

Objective To evaluate the application and ef ect of student-centered interactive nursing rounds in clinical practice. Methods To make the mode of the nursing teaching round, personnel structure, scene preparation and the step of the clinical rounds up to the standard. Results To improve the professional knowledge and specialist clinical nursing skil s, train the independent ability to deal with problems, improve their language skil s and the ability of organization as wel as communication skil s. Conclusion In the clinical teaching, this subject for nursing teaching mode which reform style and broaden content, not only can consolidate the clinical practice nurses' nursing knowledge, but also can mobilize their study interest, activate participation enthusiasm, train the ability to apply theory to practice., exercise independent analysis and problem-solving ability, it also can improve the quality of clinical nursing teaching rounds.
