Abstract
Objective To analyze the preterm premature rupture of membranes and pregnancy outcome in clinical treatment. Methods pregnant women and normal pregnant women as a result of were admit ed to our hospital with premature rupture of membranes, the delivery outcome dif erences. Results in the observation group and natural birth rate was significantly lower than the control groups (P<0.05), postpartum hemorrhage, fetal distress, neonatal asphyxia was significantly higher than that in control groups (P<0.05). Conclusion preterm premature rupture of membranes can increase the rate of cesarean section and postpartum hemorrhage rate, increase fetal distress and asphyxia, is not conducive to the safety of mother and infant.关键词
