Abstract
Objective To evaluate diagnostic value of 256-silice spiral CT angiography in aortic dissection. Methods Analize data of 86 aortic dissection cases by CTA. The data were reconstructed by volume rendering(VR),multiplanar reconstruction(MPR),maximum intensity projection(MIP)and curved planar reconstruction(CPR)and other reconstructions. Results The ture lumens,false lumens and the dissection menbranes were showed definitely in al 86 cases by CTA.The primary crevices were visible in 71 cases obviously(82.6%).According to DeBakey typing ,this group of 86 patients was composed of type I(10cases,11.6%) , type II (3cases,3.5%)和type III型(73cases,84.9%).Conclusion The features(including ture lumens,false lumens and the dissection menbranes)of aortic dissection can be diagnosed by 256-slice CTA fast and accurately and non-invasive ,and 256-slice CT can provide accurate imaging information for clinical therapy.关键词
