摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigation perioperative period nursing methods of Percutaneous lung biopsy by spiral CT in COPD cases. Methods clinical data of 75 patients underwert percutaneous lung biopsy guided by spiral CT in our hospital was analyzed retrospectively and main points of care were summarized. These cases including pulmonary nodules,and interstitial lung diseases. Results al of the cases were successful y punctured,and success rate of puncture was 100%. After surgery, complication occurred in these cases,such as 12 pneumothorax, 25 haemorrhage,occurrence rate was 16%, 33%, respectively. Symptomatic treatment and nursing al patients recovered wel ,and no tension pneumothorax, hemoptysis, aeroembolism. Conclusion the percutaneous lung biopsy by spiral CT is safety and accuracy diagnostic method in COPD cases. It was necessary for detailed puncture tract designed before surgery, accurate puncture method during operation, and postoperation nursing. It was useful to reduce postoperation complications.关键词
