Abstract
Objective To explore Integrative the ef icacy of the treatment of hepatitis B liver fibrosis. Methods 98 cases of hepatitis B in patients with liver fibrosis were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 49 cases for each group, the control group was treated by the adefovir dipivoxil, the observation group was treated by the hepatitis B Kangxian decoction on the basis of the control group, and compared the ef ects of the two groups. Results The three indicators of liver function in patients of the observation group were compared with before treatment (P<0.05), The ATL, AST of the control group were compared with before treatment (P<0.05), three liver function indicators in the observation group after treatment compared with control group (P<0.05). 4 liver fibrosis markers in the observation group after treatment compared with before treatment (P<0.05);the control group HA, LN, PC-Ⅲand treatment comparison (P<0.05);After treatment, HA, LN, IV-C compared with control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The Integrative Medicine treats the hepatitis B liver fibrosis, has the antiviral Yiqihuoxue, Shuganjianpi ef ectively improve liver function and liver morphology to prevent the disease from further development, improve the patient's quality of life.关键词
