Abstract
Objective To investigate the high risk factors of Kawasaki disease complicated with coronary artery lesions in children. Methods Clinical features and laboratory data of total 70 children with KD hospitalized during Jan,2008 to Aug 2012 were reviewed and the contrast of influencing factor including gender、age 、duration of fever、WBC、N、Hct 、ESR 、CRP and PLT between coronary artery lesions group and no coronary artery lesions group were analyzed. .Results Among these 70 children with KD, 30 (43 %)case had CAL. ESR 、CRP and PLT were related to CAL. Conclusion ESR 、CRP and PLT were closely related to CAL, and this might provide the evidence on early diagnosis of Kawasaki disease complicated with coronary artery lesions.关键词
