Abstract
Objective To research the relationship between HBV-DNA titers and semen infection by HBV of hepatitis B carriers, discuss the semen infection risk at dif erent HBV-DNA titers, and predict the best opportunity to pregnant for hepatitis B carriers. Methods 237 patients included with 110 HBV negative and 127 HBV positive. HBV positive group were divided according to dif erent HBV-DNA titers, 33 patients with HBV DNA titer >1.0 ×103 copy/ml and <1.0 ×105copy/ml, 43 with HBV DNA titer >1.0×105copy/ml and <1.0×107copy/ml, 51 with HBV DNA titer >1.0×107copy/ml. Compare the infection rate of HBV in semen. Results no infection of HBV was found in semen in 110 patients with HBV negative, 31 patients with HBV positive was found infection of HBV in semen, positive rate 24.4%, Statistical y significant (P<0.05). 3 infections found in 33 of low HBV DNA titer, positive rate 9.1%, 5 infections found in 43 of middle HBV DNA titer, positive rate 11.6%, 23 infections found in 51 of high HBV DNA titer, positive rate 45.1%. Statistical y significant between group high and group low, middle respectively. Conclusions there is a considerable risk of HBV infection in semen in HBV positive patients, especial y with HBV DNA titer>1.0×107copy/ml. we do not recommend pregnancy in high risk of semen HBV infection.关键词
