摘要
Abstract
Objective Analysis of cerebel ar space-occupying lesions in children with MRI features,improve the diagnosis and dif erential diagnosis of cerebel ar tumor in children. Methods In our hospital was col ected by postoperative pathological diagnosis confirmed or clinical diagnostic treatment of children (aged under 18)cerebel ar tumor cases,analysis of MRI imaging features.Al patients underwent brain MRI scans and contrast enhancement. Results 10 cases located in the vermis of the cerebel um, were medul oblastoma;2 cases in the fourth ventricle,were ependymocitoma;15 cases in cerebel ar hemisphere,including 4 cases of astrocytoma,1 cases of glioma,3 cases of hemangioblastoma,2 cases of medul oblastoma,2 cases of primary lymphoma,1 cases of myelodysplastic syndrome,2 cases of leukemia. Conclusion A higher value of MRI in diagnosis and dif erential diagnosis of cerebel ar tumor in children.关键词
