Abstract
Objective:To find out the hospital outpatient chlamydia infection status,through the data of years whether have rates reflect rising trend,early for chlamydial infection prevention provide statistical basis. Methods:Analyse patients were detected by ELISA method for Chlamydia trachomatis antigen In laboratory from 2007 to 2011,and calculating of the positive rate of annual Chlamydia trachomatis infection.the ratio of women to men in positive people. Results:2007~2011 chlamydia,20913 detection of patients with total positive 1159 cases.In 2007,152 cases patient was positive;the infection rate was 3.9 %(152/3862).In 2008,173 cases patient was positive;the infection rate was 4.3%(173/4063),In 2009,256 cases patient was positive;the infection rate was 6.2 %(256/4132),In 2010,301 cases patient was positive;the infection rate was 6.7 %(301/4489),In 2011,297 cases patient was positive;the infection rate was 6.8%(297/4367). Conclusion:chlamydial infection have been increasing trend. females more than males. Should cause clinical and social at ention,prevent infection rates continue to expand.关键词
