Abstract
Objective: To investigate the continuous blood purification in patients with acute left heart failure and renal dysfunction therapy clinical value. Methods:March 2010 March 2013 emergency treatment of 60 cases of acute left heart failure and renal dysfunction patients in this study were randomly divided into observation group and control group, the control group given conventional treatment, the observation group conventional therapy for continuous blood purification therapy, two groups were compared and related evaluation. Results: After treatment, the observation group than the control group related indicators improved, and the dif erence between the groups was statistical y significant (P<0.05). Observation group total ef ective rate was 100%in the control group was 70.0%, a statistical y significant dif erence between the groups (P<0.05). Conclusion:continuous blood purification can be ef ective in treating acute heart failure and renal insuf iciency, and safe.关键词
