摘要
Abstract
Objective:to study the patients with type 2 diabetes blood lipid test method and clinical significance. Methods:50 cases of patients with type 2 diabetes were randomly selected and divided into research group,in addition to select physical examination of 50 cases of healthy people divided into reference groups,al waiting for inspection personnel on an empty stomach after 12 h of venous blood sampling and centrifugal process,test items including total cholesterol (TC),triglyceride (TG),high-density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C),and other indicators of concentration,and the detection results are contrast dif erence between the groups. Results:the team with the reference group,al indexes of blood lipid concentrations were compared,the dif erence has statistical significance (P<0.05),the team compared with the reference group of low HDL-C concentration,TC,TG concentration is higher. Conclusion lipid testing can improve the diagnosis and treatment of patients with diabetes 2 quality has important clinical significance.关键词
