Abstract
Objective To evaluate susceptibility weighted imaging (SWI) in the diagnosis of micro-bleedings of cerebrovascular diseases. Methods We col ected 30 cases of micro-bleedings of cerebrovascular diseases,al evaluated by conventional MRI T1WI,T2WI,T2WIFlair scan and SWI scan,and analyzed dif erences between the lesions shown by conventional and SWI. Results SWI sequences clearly exhibited dot-,stripe-,round- or ring- shaped low signal shadows in the 30 patients. Conventional sequences detected 12 cases of micro-bleedings. Conclusion SWI has distinct advantages over the conventional sequence in the diagnosis of micro-bleedings of cerebrovascular diseases.关键词
