摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the nursing measures of mechanical ventilation treatment on severe hand-foot-mouth disease. Methods From May 2011 to May 2012,76 case in our department were severe hand-foot-mouth disease given mechanical ventilation in pediatric patients were randomly selected into the intervention group (38 cases) and the control group (38 cases). The control group received conventional nursing measures,and the intervention group received targeted nursing measures. Results The cure rate of the intervention group were al higher than that of the control (P<0.05). The complication curent rate in intervention group is lower than that in control group,the dif erent is significantly(P<0.05). Conclusion Severe hand-foot-mouth disease in children undergoing mechanical ventilation in the early and ef ective nursing intervention could control the progress Of the disease and preventl05 the occurrence of complications.关键词
