Abstract
Objective by analyzing the influence factors of sputum specimens of poor quality, targeted to take comprehensive intervention measures, improve the quality of sputum specimens. Methods Col ected from February 2013 - June respiratory medicine and comprehensive internal medicine of hospitalized patients with sputum specimens. Respiratory medicine as intervention group, from each link to take comprehensive intervention measures to improve the quality of sputum specimens, with comprehensive internal medicine as control group, as stipulated in the hospital always return sputum specimens of sputum culture and regular, contrast analysis of sputum specimens of quality, patient leave rate, rate of positive of candida albicans, investigate whether the comprehensive intervention measures taken by the scientific and ef ective. Results After comprehensive intervention measures, the intervention group sputum specimens, percent of pass is 45.32%, the control of sputum specimens, percent of pass is 23.28%(χ2=24.85, P﹤24.85);Retention rate of sputum in patients with intervention group than the control group obviously improve the compliance and candida albicans were positive intervention group than the control group significantly reduced. Conclusion The clinical quality of conventional methods to return sputum specimens on the low side, through the analysis of influencing factors, targeted to take comprehensive intervention measures, can ef ectively improve the quality of sputum specimens.关键词
